Three sales confirmed by Bath office

The Bath office of James A Baker has made a strong start to the final quarter of the year with the sale of three pubs in the space of just a few weeks.

The licensed property specialist, which also has offices in London, Birmingham and Leeds, and deals primarily with the commercial sale of licensed premises, including pubs, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and leisure facilities, has recently overseen a number of prominent deals on sites throughout the region.

The sales were for the Biddestone Arms, in Biddestone, near Chippenham; The Angel Inn, a Grade II listed pub and guest house in Heytesbury, near Warminster (pictured); and The Cross Hands in Bedminster, Bristol.

Surveyor, Charlie Noad, who oversaw the sales, said: “The Bath office has enjoyed a robust start to Q4, and nationally, James A Baker will finish the year in a strong position. We are eager to build on this position going forward into 2020, particularly as it will mark the company’s 20th anniversary.”
