The Six Bells Colerne sold to a private investor

The Six Bells pub located in the charming Wiltshire village of Colerne has recently sold to a private investor for continued use under the same operator.

The property, an 18th century Grade II listed building was sold by the James A Baker Bath office and was on the market at a guide price of £295,000 plus VAT.

The private investor said " Covid made this a difficult purchase with extended timelines and difficult banking conditions but the vendor and James Baker worked with us to complete a great deal. The Six Bells Inn in Colerne will help to keep the flavour of this great little village despite difficult Covid trading conditions. We’re pleased to say a pub has been saved during difficult times.”
