Tim Meek

Tim is responsible for the agency side of the business. His enthusiastic approach keeps the momentum of deals going through and he has over 30 years of sales experience to apply to the market. Many properties are sold for alternative use including convenience stores, retail, care home, residential and mixed use schemes as well. This is in addition to licensed and leisure transactions. Tim's bright and cheery approach inspires the rest of us.

Andrew Lee

Andrew is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years property experience. His background provides an extensive knowledge of agency, management and professional matters. He has a working knowledge of the broad retail and commercial sector of the market as well as a strong reputation in the licensed and leisure property world. Andrew sets the standards that we all follow.

Debra Mann

Debra has a broad background in marketing and sales. She has implemented new designs for the website, advertising and PR, as well as initiating and managing the agency database. She is multi-lingual and can multi-task.

George Walker

George has joined us with a degree in hospitality, with customer service experience from the USA hotel market, and property recruitment. He offers an enthusiastic angle to selling property whilst developing his professional skills

Ed Corrigan

Surveyor | ed@jamesabaker.co.uk

Ed works on all aspects of estate management and professional services. He holds a masters degree in Property Appraisal and Management and has written a research paper on the licensed property sector. His time living and working in Eastern Europe has given him valuable problem-solving skills as well as an ability to deal with the unexpected.

Zena Hussein

Zena has been with the company from the very early days. She instigated the implementation and management of the property database. She adopts a common sense approach to estate management and also oversees the successful running of the office. She keeps us all in check. Zena is currently away from the office on maternity leave from 20th April 09.

Ashlea Kent

Ashlea oversees the effective day-to-day running of the office. She manages the telephone, electronic diaries and office administration with enthusiasm and style. If in doubt ask Ashlea.

Tracey Baker

Tracey runs the accounts and management side of the business. She has a background in customer service businesses including estate agency and recruitment. She uses her skills to keep the team in check,
