South West Punch Pub Acquisitions

James A Baker have been retained by Punch to source individual pub acquisitions in the South West.

Punch are actively looking to acquire freehold businesses on a national basis as they are committed to growing their estate. Our client is looking for wet led businesses with a trade split of circa 70/30 and a net turnover of approximately £7,000 per week or more. The site must have residential accommodation and include outdoor space with suitable car parking.

Other Criteria (Champs)

 

  • Prominent street visibility with good frontage
  • Suburban, town & major conurbations, c80k population 3 miles
  • Min of 100 covers (c 300 meteres squared total GF) with good ceiling height
  • External drinking/dining area, ideally to the front of the pub
  • Freehold & leasehold considered, subject to planning & licensing
